Solyndra, didn't get enough free money from the American taxpayer with the $535 million, government backed loan guarantee. Now, they want more!
The failed solar panel maker is now adding insult to injury by filing for Chapter 11 reorganization. If they are successful, the principals and investors will receive a huge tax break as a reward. [That's stealing more money from the taxpayer! The investors get paid back but not the taxpayer.] The tax benefit was provided by the Administration to evade political accountability, according to Newsmax. Thankfully, the Internal Revenue Service has objected to Solyndra's reorganization plan citing Solyndra's "principal purpose is tax avoidance." The IRS usually wins.
